What a difference …
Thursday, April 5th, 2007… a day makes? Twenty-four little hours and it’s Friday night!
We’ll celebrate Easter in Portland, OR this year. We’ll flying there on Friday after work. Petar says that the Greek church there is the most beautiful churches he’s seen in the US. Petar is helping Rumi with her taxes so I’m spending the Saturday shopping with Katie since I have a few gift cards that I got for my birthday. I love shopping in Portland since what you see on the price tag is what you pay at the register!
We’ll leave our kitty alone again but we’re coming back with Uncle Nick who will spend a lot of time with her during his first week in California. Did I mention that he is moving to SJ? The majority of Karafezov, Inc. is in the South Bay now! We’re expecting the third one to join us in the (near or far) future
Now we have to paint the eggs since the Bulgarian tradition says that it should be done on Thursday before Easter Sunday. We’ve boiled 12 and 6 were not broken. Yupiii! Since we won’t be here we don’t need that many eggs!
Happy Easter!
