Thursday, January 24th, 2008Ok - this is really cool. The trick is to cut all carbohydrates (sugar, fruits, breads) and fats from your diet - it works. I don’t know how sustainable it is, but Svetla says we need 10 days in the stabilization period for each 2 pounds lost. The good news is I am feeling great - very motivated and not hungry at all. We have also cut back on the drinks, just 1 coffee a day, but increased the water and tea intake.
