Well they call us “the Slowskies” since we are often arriving late to the parties, but this time we moved fast. Here is the rundown of events:

Tuesday, Feb 19 10am - Svetla messages me with a link to a new KB Homes development and tells me she has a coupon for 3% off as an SJSU employee.
Tuesday, Feb 19 5:30pm - We went to see the models and loved #6 and #7. On our way out we spoke to a sales person and agreed to go the next day after work and look at pricing, etc.
Wednesday, Feb 20 6-8pm - We went back to KB. They were out of #7s, so we focused on #6. Out of 2 sites we picked one, and made an offer. The KB Sales rep Kelly was extremely helpful and we agreed to write up the offer and left a check for 3%. We sat a conditional date for Sunday to go and sign the contract, if our offer were accepted.
Thursday, Feb 21 4pm - Kelly called to let us know the offer was accepted and the builder is willing to give us an extra discount if we sign it all the same day.
Thursday, Feb 21 6-9pm - Svetla and I signed the contract.

My brother heard the news that Petar is trying to lose some weight dieting and decided to speed up the process. On Friday we received the Wii console and since then we’ve been crazy about it. We rearranged the furniture in the small bedroom so that we don’t hit each other and we’re getting pretty good at tennis and boxing, and as in real life I suck at bowling! Petar is pretty good at everything…
I don’t like computer and video games but I must admit that Wii is pretty cool and addictive! Let’s go and play

My husband presented me today with the iPhone! As you can imagine - It Is Very Cool! Slowly, we’re turning into Apple fans with 3 different versions of the iPod and now my brand new super cool phone! What’s next? iMac for Christmas?:)
